He should feel so happy. He has a creation that is completely devoted to him. It listens to him without failure. It seems to almost want to be owned by Adam, even if that's impossible.
It's those eyes that make him remember. It's impossible. He... it doesn't want anything. It can't feel anything. It's not devoted, it's simply doing its job.
It may be a Tiger, but Adam's Tiger is almost pathetically fake. His hand curls into a fist. But Adam is trained in holding himself back.
