H-13, Tiger, may have beyond a cursory understanding of his own coding and blueprints, for the sake of maintenance, but he certainly doesn't know his own make-up as well as his creator. He is complex and incredible, all thanks to Adam. That is all he knows.
He doesn't understand why he was programmed with these reactions, though. These... emotions. What purpose do they serve? He will obey without them. Adam would want him to be able to display those emotions perhaps, to appear more convincing as a replica of Kotetsu... No, he shan't think on it too hard.
He tears through target after target as sensors take measurements on strength and endurance, speed and reaction time. He's flawless in all tests.
