Adam understands that making decisions in front of someone meant to give the orders must be confusing, but Adam needs him to be able to handle that. H-13 will be handling a lot of Ouroboros' security, after all.

When he hears H-13 speak, he smiles again. "Excellent choice." A bit of praise, just to ensure H-13 won't make another foolish mistake again, before he moves his hands away. Instead he grabs H-13's wrists, and in a fluid movement, swings him around to fling him onto the bed.
