Adam is supposed to tell him what to do. And most of the time, he will. He actually isn't sure why he insisted on making H-13 choose now... maybe just an amusement, watching his new creation sweat in this desperate desire not to offend him.
It's nice, to be able to interact with someone who doesn't want to hurt him. Someone who fears him but desires him, instead of most of Sternbild, who just fear him.
He watches H-13 carefully, but the android doesn't try to retaliate. Good. He must be learning. He lands on his side, and Adam does the job of flipping him over onto his back, laying down against the android's body, now more sensually caressing his skin.
